About Me
Hi, I’m Lisa Grossi, a product designer with a passion for creating thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences rooted in human-centered design.
I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to my work, combining a BFA in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from UC Irvine. This blend of visual design and UX strategy helps me bridge the gap between aesthetics and usability in every project I take on.
Currently based in Rochester, NY, I live with my husband and our two cats. Outside of work, you can usually find me nose-deep in a good book, wandering through art museums, or swimming laps to clear my head.
My design process is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and strategic thinking. I believe great products are born from a deep understanding of people’s needs, behaviors, and contexts, and that data should inform decisions without replacing intuition. Whether I'm collaborating with cross-functional teams or conducting user research, I strive to design solutions that are not just functional, but meaningful.
Let’s create something that makes a difference.
